Edna Abreu is a true Dental Culturist she founded Smile Scout's Practice Consulting, a leadership development firm dedicated to helping dental practices cultivate positive office cultures while scaling their businesses to new heights. Driven by her passion for leadership development and coaching, Edna works closely with dental teams to unlock their potential and achieve sustainable, million-dollar growth. She also served as the dental accountability coach and the operations manager at large multi-location practices.

​ She began her dental journey as a dental assistant in high school, gaining valuable experience across various specialties, including oral surgery, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.

Over the years, Edna has guided numerous dental practices in enhancing productivity, fostering a healthy work-life balance, and cultivating environments where team members thrive. Her growth strategies and leadership insights have empowered professionals to rekindle their passion for dentistry and elevate their practice's success.

Originally from Bolivia, Edna moved to the United States at the age of eight and now lives in Maryland with her three children and her dog, Jefe.

Amy St. Amor has years in healthcare advocacy and dental recruitment, Amy specializes in connecting practices with top talent.A graduate of Miami University in Ohio and originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, she has earned a strong reputation in recruitment.
